Donor Focused Planned Giving

Monday, June 16
10:35 to 11:50 a.m.

Most Planned Giving education has focused on gift vehicles or on vehicle marketing strategies. However, a practical need of most practitioners is to understand and interpret the donor’s needs in order to focus attention on what strategies might suit their situation. Case based, this seminar will focus on identifying clues through active listening that may help you narrow in on an appropriate vehicle or an appropriate designation for funds. The key is in identifying with the donor’s stage of life, sophistication and conflicting demands.

Eric Dean, FAHP, Executive Director, Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation, Lindsay, ON
