Registration Information
- Full conference registration
includes all meals and one ticket to the opening
reception, luncheon with the guest speaker and
the awards banquet. This does not include the
Pre-Conference sessions.
- AHP Affiliate members/exhibitors
must complete a Registration Form.
- This is a non-smoking conference.
- The conference will take place
at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel & Conference
Centre in Niagara Falls, Canada. For information

or local 905-374-1077. May 11, 2003 is the last
date to receive the special discount for conference
participants. The special rates are available
from June 13 to 18, 2003.
Policies
- To qualify for early rates,
registration forms and payment must be postmarked
no later than March 28, 2003.
- Registration forms will not
be processed without payment. Post-dated cheques
will not be accepted.
- All registration cancellation
requests must be submitted in writing to ICS
and received by May 16, 2003. AHP will refund
registration fees less a $100
administration fee for full registration, and
less a $50 fee for the AHP Primer, other pre-conference
sessions and all single day registrations.
- Cancellations after May 16,
2003 are 100% non-refundable.
Conference Fees
PRE-CONFERENCE SESSIONS
These fees are additional costs to the conference registration. Enrolment is limited and participants must be pre-registered.
Optional AHP Primer on Saturday, June 14
• AHP/HCPRA member - $175 before March 28 and $200 after March 28.
• Non-member - $225 before March 28 and $250 after March 28.
• Enrolment is limited. Participants must be pre-registered for this full-day, pre-conference session. Fee includes the full-day workshop, AHP Primer Manual, continental breakfast, breaks and lunch.
Optional Train the Trainer on Saturday, June 14
• AHP/HCPRA member - $175 before March 28 and $200 after March 28.
• Non-member - $225 before March 28 and $250 after March 28.
• Enrolment is limited. Participants must be pre-registered for this full-day, pre-conference session. Fee includes the full-day workshop, AHP Train the Trainer Manual, continental breakfast, breaks and lunch.
Optional PR Spa on Saturday, June 14
• HCPRA member or non-member - $50 before March 28 and $75 after March 28.
FULL-CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Saturday, June 14 (evening) to Monday, June 16.
• AHP/HCPRA member - $350 before March 28 and $450 after March 28.
• Non-member - $500 before March 28 and $600 after March 28.
• The fee includes meals, attendance at meetings, one ticket to opening reception, luncheon and awards banquet. Does not include the pre-conference sessions.
LEADERSHIP FORUM
• For AHP members with 10 or more years of experience in fund raising with five years at the executive level. (Enrolment limited to 36).
• $350 before March 28 and $450 after March 28.
• The fee includes two days of the Leadership Forum or one day of the Leadership Forum and the rest of the conference, meals and attendance at meetings, one ticket to the opening reception, luncheon and awards banquet. Does not include the pre-conference sessions.
SINGLE DAY ATTENDANCE
• AHP/HCPRA member - $200 before March 28 and $300 after March 28.
• Non-member - $300 before March 28 and $400 after March 28.
• Same fees for the Leadership Forum for members with 10 or more years of experience in fund raising with five years at the executive level. (Enrolment limited to 36).
• Fee does not include awards banquet on June 16.
CONFERENCE SPECIAL EVENTS
Opening Reception on Saturday, June 14 (evening) at Jackson-Triggs Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake (free bus transportation available).
• One ticket is included in the full conference registration.
• Extra tickets cost $50.
Luncheon with Guest Speaker on Monday, June 16: Gordon Cressy, President, Canadian Tire Foundation for Families & Community Investment
• One ticket is included in the full conference registration.
• Extra tickets cost $25
Showcase & Hygeia Awards Banquet on Monday, June 16
