Building Bridges… Realizing Dreams — isn’t that what we do
everyday? We help someone realize their potential in a gift while
strengthening friendships and relationships.

A bridge joining New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island was
dreamed of for years. But the dream became reality and now the
Confederation Bridge is here for everyone to benefit from and enjoy.
Affectionately called “the Link”— it is symbolic of the relationships we
build with each other, our neighbours, our friends. Incredible “bridges” are built as a result of dreams and relationships.

We here in “Canada’s smallest family” are so pleased to host our
colleagues and friends from all across this great country. Talk about
realizing a dream! We couldn’t do it without our friends in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia … what a team!

Now, we would like to invite you to come and share in our dream.
Come, build a bridge or two and experience Prince Edward Island at its best. Our Committee members have been working diligently to recruit the best track deans, great keynote speakers and wonderful local entertainment. (A special thanks to our Honourary Chair, Sandy Gillis, aka Jimmy the Janitor.)

Don’t miss Prince Edward Island in June 2004. You can fly into Halifax and take the ferry across to Prince Edward Island; fly into Moncton and take the Confederation Bridge to Prince Edward Island; or fly into Charlottetown and see Prince Edward Island from the air … a patchwork of colour. Bring your dreams — you’ve got to be here!

Honorary Chair’s Message

The annual AHP conference has been a tremendous education
opportunity for our Foundation over the past ten years, and so I am pleased that we can give to others this June in Charlottetown.
