Registration Information
  1. Full conference registration includes all meals and one ticket for each of the following: opening reception and Anne of Green Gables, Monday luncheon with guest speaker, the awards banquet and Maritime kitchen party.
    FULL REGISTRATION DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PRE-CONFERENCE SESSIONS.
    * Please note that delegates are on their own, for dinner Saturday evening prior
    to the reception.
  2. All fees are in Canadian dollars and include the GST.
  3. AHP affiliate members/exhibitors must complete a registration form.
  4. This is a non-smoking conference.

Policies
  1. To qualify for early rates, registration forms and payment must be postmarked no later than April 15, 2004.
  2. Registration forms will not be processed without payment. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
  3. All registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ICS and received by May 14, 2004. AHP will refund registration fees, less a $100 administration fee for full registration and less a $50 fee for the AHP Primer and other pre-conference sessions and single-day registrations, including the Leadership Forum.
  4. Cancellations after May 14, 2004 are 100% non-refundable.
