AHP Canada has designated funds within the Hospital Development & Education Fund of Canada (HDEF) for the sole purpose of providing financial assistance to members in good standing who want to participate in the various education opportunities throughout the year.

Two (2) bursaries worth $1,200 Canadian each are available to attend the AHP Canada Regional "Peak Performance" Conference in Whistler, B.C.

One (1) bursary will be awarded to a fund development professional who is a member in good standing within Canada.  One (1) bursary will also be awarded for either a Volunteer Board Member or CEO of a member institution.  Note:  In the event that no applications are received from a volunteer or CEO, the second bursary may be granted to a fund development professional.

The deadline for applications is noon on April 7, 2006 and you can apply online (or download an application form from the AHP Canada web site.
