Case Development: From Concept to Board Approval

The case is the bridge between enabling Foundations to conduct successful campaigns and helping hospitals realize their dreams. This session will provide delegates with an overview and answers to critical questions such as: What is the case used for? How do you compile the case?

Learn about the key steps in the case development process, suggested resource documents, important interview questions, reasons to have an approved case and the process required to move the case from resource document to case brochure. Examples include “dissecting” a hospital functional program that becomes the basis of a case and then a recognition profile for a donor.
