POLICIES

1. To qualify for early rates, registration forms and payment must be postmarked no later than May 5th, 2006.

2. Registration forms will not be processed without payment. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.

3. Registration forms received after June 3, 2006 are processed at the Conference.

4. Registration cancellations will not be accepted by phone. All registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ICS and received by May 22, 2006. AHP will refund registration fees, less a $100 administration fee for full registration and less a $50 fee for the AHP Primer and other Pre-Conference Sessions and Single Day Registrations including, the Leadership Forum.

5. Cancellations after May 23, 2006 are 100% non-refundable.
