Conference Registration

Thank you for your interest in the 2008 AHP Canada Conference in association with HCPRA. We encourage you to complete your registration with payment by Friday, March 14, 2008 to take advantage of the early registration rate.

Registration Information

  1. Full Conference Registration includes meals tickets for each of the following: Opening Reception at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel on Sunday evening, Monday Breakfast and Lunch, Tuesday Breakfast and Lunch, and Banquet Dinner on Tuesday.

    PLEASE NOTE:
    Full Registration does not include the Pre-Conference Sessions.

  2. All fees are in Canadian dollars and include 5% GST.
  3. AHP affiliate members/exhibitors should contact kate@ahp.org for information about exhibiting.
  4. This is a non-smoking Conference.
  5. The Conference will take place at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel, 1919 Upper Water Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. To make reservations, call the hotel at (800) 943–6760 or (902) 421–1700 and identify yourself as an Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) conference attendee. Please note, delegates must provide a credit card at the time of booking. AHP has reserved a limited number of rooms. Make reservations today. The booking deadline for guest rooms is March 12, 2008.

Policies

  1. To qualify for early rates, registration forms and payment must be postmarked no later than Friday, March 14, 2008.
  2. Registration Forms will not be processed without payment. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
  3. Registration Forms received after March 28, 2008 may be processed at the Conference.
  4. All Registration changes must be made in writing to ahp-registration@meet-ics.com.
  5. Registration cancellations will not be accepted by phone. All registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ICS and received by March 28, 2008. AHP will refund registration fees, less a $100 administration fee for full registration and less a $50 fee for the AHP Primer and other Pre-Conference Sessions and Single Day Registrations including, the Leadership Forum.
  6. Cancellations received after March 28, 2008 are 100% non-refundable.
  7. Lobster Dinner and Brewery Dinner tickets are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Registration cancellations will not be accepted by phone. All registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ICS and received by March 28, 2008. AHP will refund Registration Fees, less a $100 administration fee for Full Registration and less a $50 fee for the AHP Primer and other Pre-Conference Sessions and single day registrations including, the Leadership Forum. Refunds will not be issued until after the Conference.

  2. Cancellations after March 28, 2008 are 100% non-refundable. Partial or full fees that have been forfeited cannot be applied to subsequent Conferences.3. Lobster Dinner and Brewery Dinner tickets are nonrefundable.
